May 2, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe quality at the apartments has decreased significantly while rental prices continue to rise. Maintenance problems routinely are unresolved for months. Little to no notice is given for construction which is present for months. As far as amenties- the pool has not opened in 2 years.

August 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comHigh rent and low quality living quarters. Windows are so old, they are fogged over. Moldy bathroom and disintegrating cupboards, etc.. Rent goes up over 100.00 per year! They find ways to attach more money to current billing. Water usage and billing is a guess, as to what you are actually using!Property Manager Responded
