July 16, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis place has turned around completely with the new owners. The maintenance staff does a great job. They came to fix a leak in the p-trap under the sink and while they were there, they also fixed one of the electrical outlets that stopped working. Great value for the money, and a nice safe spot to rent an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Water damaged apartments
April 18, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThey provided no assistance other than water suction after the upstairs apartment water heater collapsed my ceiling and flooded my apartment with 40 gallons of water. I was told that this occurs regularly at stoneridge and that the renters liability I paid for doesn't cover the water damage to my property. The manager was condescending and not helpful.
