Do not move here
January 19, 2023Lived here for over a year and it has been a terrible experience. From the day I first moved in and walked into the apartment only to smell an extreme wet damp smell I knew I made a mistake. it may be a couple hundred bucks cheaper than other apartments on the market but you get what you pay for . I have dealt with this wet damp smell in the apartment since day one and it’s made me sick many times. From experience I dont even bother complaining about it because every time that I did, they like ...to make you feel like you are imagining it or that its your fault that its happening . there is mold growing on the window panes and tub, the wet smell does not go away, these apartments are old and uncared for. the foundation of my bathroom tub is literally cracking and peeling, causing mold to form in the area. Maintenance will come and place some caulk over it and mark the job as complete. But I am sure when a new tenant comes in they will replace the tub completely, current paying residents get the short end. My toilet paper holder broke and fell off , and they just caulked it and didnt even paint over it. The vallet trash policy is laughable because they are so strict about the trash being put back in the apartment after valet hours to keep the complex clean and organized , yet the hallways have spider webs and everywhere , the hallway lights have bugs inside of them for days , they are yellowing , the hallways are never water pressured down as there are stains everywhere on the hallway floors , and as mentioned a spider web in every corner . Why charge a 25 dollar vallet trash fee for not putting it back in when you clearly do not care about cleanliness in the first place ?The water is constantly being shut off, the pool is dirty always , there is a constant issue with roaches, spiders , and ants, and I always keep my house clean yet they are every where since day one. They never answer the phone. The gate is constantly not working , the gate to exit is always left wide open for anyone to come right in, so clearly safety isnt a concern for them either . If you need to move to the area look at solara apartments, much better than here . Im someone who doesnt really complain much but I just couldn’t hold this in.Property Manager Responded

Be prepared for BS
September 3, 2022Management lied about jacuzzi working prior to moving in. Water base charges changed every month because apartment is charged as a whole so you pay an average of the entire complex usage. Water system in front breaks and spews excess water frequently. Base charges were almost tripled over 2 month period. Never fixed anything requested in the apartment. Staff is rude when confronted about issues.Property Manager Responded

Disappointing
February 5, 2022This place was on the top of our list due to the size of the apartments & extra storage. We toured over the weekend and staff was not welcoming when we arrived. We came from out of state and had an appt for months but the woman in the front desk area looked super annoyed. Leasing office that we sat in was pretty dirty and the unit we were shown was pretty worn down. They also gave off the impression that they didn’t want us there. They also say there’s nothing available but the site says ...otherwise. Apartments are spacious but that’s about the only highlight. They didn’t follow up with us either. We toured another place less than 10 mins away and had a completely opposite experience.Property Manager Responded

Labor day weekend 2021
September 6, 2021What are the odds of both Pools being down for repairs this weekend? They have been closed for over a week now and the sad thing is that when you walk by the one behind the office, you can hear the equipment running, the water looks crystal clear and you don't see any repairs going on. If they want to fix something, why don't they start by fixing the BBQ area, towing the vehicles that are abandoned or not working, preventing people from parking their cars in the carwash area, preventing the ...residents who want to clean their cars from doing so and a few other things that are so obvious. We pay a lot of money to live here, it would be nice if they invest some of that money back into the property. The management here needs to do better on managing the property. It feels like they purposely shut down both pools because they didn't want to deal with the residents having a good time. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2019I have been here about a year with nothing but great experiences. The front office has amazing ladies, (Alexa, Jessica and India)who are always greeting with a smile and willing to help. The property is well kept from the pools, gym, paving the parking lot ect.. The maintenance staff is so hard working and friendly. A place to call home
April 25, 2019I haven’t seen the place in person yet but with the pictures and the excellent service I got over the phone with the leasing Agent Jessica It really want to make me move sooner to Florida.
