March 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI just recently moved into our 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom with full size washer & dyer connects. i love our new home. Both my husband & I work near by. Plus our 2 children are able to attend FISD. This is a great area that sits off the main road. I feel that we have choose the right place.

If there is ever anything that needs to be fixed, maintenance comes quickly. A special shout out to Ariel. He worked late to ensure my apartment had ac on a hot night. Man, you're the best! The schools in Frisco cannot be beat and are rated at the very top of the entire Dallas Fort Worth area. Having an affordable property in the Frisco school district is a blessing. Virginia is the property ...manager. She fluent in both Spanish and English is very involved in the community. She gets to know the families and the kids, which makes a big difference in making Stonebrook feel like home.Read More

They walked me through the application process and were an invaluable support during that time. He has now lived here over a year and is very happy! Every little issue is taken care of very quickly by the maintenance staff, and all the staff work hard to keep the property in good shape. You can do a whole lot better
August 28, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comMoved to Frisco from Louisiana and first day I lmoved in the carpet was still dirty and broken blind in one of the bedrooms. Once I was here a couple of days it was like a roach motel and 3 months later I'm still fighting roaches. They have never fixed anything i have called them about. Although they are ready to evict someone for late payment. The pool was said to be getting fix and since I moved in June and here it is almost September and we still can't access the pool. We pay do much in rent ...and we are not accessible to things that we should be and they dont maintain the apartments they way they should. If you can help it save yourself and run. Great location and free after school program

Stonebrook not only offers a great location and reasonable rents, but the free after school program is a life saver for working parents. The property is clean, well kept and management is responsive and professional.

The apartments are not even worth what they cost. The pool stays dirty and green, Roaches & Ants; Maintenance tries to come into your apartment whether your home or not without permission!

RODRIGUEZ HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AWESOME .Mrs. Yolanda is awesome. They made my move from Saint Louis as stress free as possible. The rooms in the two bedrooms offer much space.

Today I went in and with the help of Yolanda who was also so sweet I found my new apt. They helped me get on the floor I needed with a great location so I submitted my application I am so excited beyond words. If your looking for a affordable and beautiful place to stay go see that awesome staff they were the sweetest.

This is a very quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves and looks out for each other. Unlike some other places, there are no loud parties, sketchy people hanging around or anything bad.
