May 14, 2025Wonderful place to live with friendly neighbors & secure package room. Great pool & pet park right by the mailboxes. There’s a safe playground for kids right by the leasing office. The ladies in the office are always patient and answer any questions you have with a great attitude. The maintenance team hasn’t let me down once. I feel very comfortable here. The location is incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to both grocery stores and the favorite restaurants, and the apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. March 3, 2025The apartment is nice and spacious. Has nice updates. The issues are all the cabinets at the bottom has water damage and I don’t know if the people upstairs are fighting or wrestling but from 7am until about 10 pm is very loud and disturbing. ??Review from Apartments.com

February 16, 2025Maintenance is extremely slow to fix problems, if they ever fix them at all. Office staff is unhelpful. Rent and fees are VERY high for the quality of the apartments and amenities.Review from Apartments.com
