April 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe reviews are deceiving. I lived here for a year, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was how management handled move-out. I was explicitly told I was “clear for evacuation” and that I would receive my deposit back, but that turned out to be completely untrue. Maintenance was another ongoing problem. Requests took far longer than they should have, and issues were not handled with any sense of urgency. On top of that, there is a noticeable ant problem throughout the ...complex that management is clearly aware of, yet it doesn’t seem to be properly addressed. The noise level is also a major concern. There is frequent activity involving police and ambulances, which made the environment feel unsettled and, at times, uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend living here. Between the lack of transparency, slow maintenance, pest issues, and constant disturbances, it was not a good experience.Read More

When something breaks, they come and fix it right away. They are always cleaning and maintaining the surroundings and hallways. I have no complaints at all. I'm so thrilled to pay my rent every month, cause I know I'm getting a good run for my money, I love love love it here! I feel safe and I love my apartment. Keep up the Super Awesome Job guys!

Cons: The buildings aren't that old and they are already falling apart. Floors have cracked and crumbling concrete, tiles are always breaking, electrical work short circuits a lot.

My children and I have lived in the complex for two full years and we are looking to stay here for quite some time. The staff is excellent at keeping the grounds maintained and following through with residence concerns with any problems that may arise. I love the community center that also provides an after school program, a gym with a racket ball court ...and business center. Not only that but Stratford point also host holiday events for residents.Read More

July 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comStratford Point is horrible, I should have known the quality of the apartments upon moving in. The large comex has one trash bin at the front complex. It is always so filled with trash that it pours down the stairs to the dumpster into the street. The bin for old furniture/large items is always full of things with "BED BUGS" sprayed on to them; (I wish I were exaggerating, I have the pictures to prove it!) The office management is rude w the exception of the leasing manager. The pool is unusable ...due to trash in the bottom of the pool, and I can not take my kids to the playground, because the older children and teens are allowed to loiter there and use inappropriate language. Even though reported, they are shooed off and return the next day. Our maintenance does not show, and the water is undrinkable. I wish I could say something good about Stratford Point, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't regret signing a year lease!Read More
