Renters Reviews and Ratings
Terrible. Old AC units, High electric bill, roaches. No insulation in some units
May 15, 2023Overall bad unit, have had issues since moving in. All I will say is roaches every couple of days, no insulation in units, we had an ice storm last year and went a week plus without water and heat. Spoke to the office multiple times and they did nothing to reimburse us. Will NEVER come back.Property Manager Responded

RUN FAAASSSSTT!!! THEY ONLY WANT MONEY.
July 25, 2022It has been the worst experience and a waste of time working with these ladies in the office. Every time I call, I have to speak to someone different, never the same person. I didn't get my apartment on the promised date they told me. they had another one available the next day supposedly, that was another lie. then they told me they would have another one ready on the 29th but that wasn't for sure either. They kept insisting I pay my deposit and the new girl tried to intimidate me into paying ...asap or someone else would take the apartment. It was over 2000$ that I had to pay but they couldn't show me an apartment, or give me a specific move in date. This messes with people's livelihood and they don't care AT ALL. DO NOT RENT HERE
May 30, 2013DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! Had my vehicle "daily driver" towed over night. I was told it was labeled as an " abandoned vehicle" . no stickers, no warnings that it would be towed. There was absolutely no reason it should have been towed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! they wouldn't own up to their mistake and I was left to front the bill!Review from Apartments.com
Happy With Staff and Community
December 5, 2014I moved in 10/2014 and have been happy with my apartment. From the application process to moving in things were simple. I have enjoyed the resident portal which enable me to make payments and submit work orders. The staff worked with me on the pet deposit of my unexpected pets. I am a very picky tenant and I am happy with the follow through of the office staff and maintenance employees. The complex is going through a renovation at this time and looks nicer everday.
