I love the community here if i didn't i wouldn't have lived in the same building for over 3 years. The maintenance team needs work though. They either take for ever to come fix the issue or don't fix the issue at all, on rare occasion it's a combination of both. Other then that the people are nice and the Staff are super friendly and caring.

I was given a chance to live at a goldmark apartment. I never thought i would be living un such a nice unit. I would recommend goldmark Properties to anyone trying to do good and start over.
