November 13, 2024I’m not thrilled with the repairs made. My kitchen sink is continuously clogging. I put in an order for maintenance and even after receiving notification that the work order was completed… it seems as if the issue has gotten worse. 2nd. My furnace is unreliable. I’ve gone days without heat on multiple occasions. 3rd the repairs I’ve asked to have made when we first moved in are still undone… I’ll have to file orders for those issues as well. Outside of this I’m loving my new place and the ...community. It’s pretty quiet and fairly clean.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2024I am living here since 2011. It is a great neighborhood. The maintenance team is prompt in response. Management is easily reachable in office or by email for any concerns or questions. If school district was not a concern, I would live here forever! September 26, 2024Despite some minor setbacks, I remain highly impressed with this location. I appreciate its dog-friendly atmosphere, although it's marred by irresponsible pet ownership and uncleanliness. Regrettably, the laundry room is no longer usable due to persistent dirtiness, and recent price increases are noteworthy. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with my living situation.Property Manager Responded

We try hard to keep up on the pets around site and I apologize for some of the dog donuts that get left behind. We are trying to stay on top of it but it is an ongoing battle.
