Stay Away!!
September 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI renewed my lease in June and in 6 years they've never charged me for electric, as I pay that with Ameren on a seperate bill. Well NOW, they started charging me and in the last 3 months they've charged me 220 bucks extra and they still won't do anything. Anytime I go in there they just go "oh we're handling it" and they really aren't. They've now been dodging my calls and emails. When I went to renew though the prices were all changed and the rate increases more than doubled. They are nice on the surface but that's it. The office staff is nice. I would not recommend this place.
