Prompt and professional I enter my request and with in 2 hours maintenance team was at my door. My A/C was broken. It was fixed within 20 minutes. I had a cosmetic issue with my kitchen counter. They came back the next day and fixed it with 10 minutes. Great service!

More maintenance staff is needed I was frustrated it took a week for my AC to be completely fixed but David was patient and kept trying to fix it throughout the week. David is great and does an amazing job but needs additional support.

Lot of issues popping up in 2025:
Dirty pool - closed for two months +. Coffee machine you see in amenities has been taken out. Elevators are broken. Carpets smell like pet urine. There is no management on site lol - everything is handled by an offsite team.

We've only lived here for six months but have noticed a real decline in amenities. The pool hasn't been cleaned once and is full of algae. There are broken and loose floor tiles in the elevator which create a trip hazard. We've been promised a new coffee maker for the community room since moving in which has never materialized. New Management Is Not Great When I first moved in, our previous management team was wonderful. The building was well maintained and clean. The new onsite team has let this place fall apart. Trash cans are always overflowing, elevators and gates break and had not previously, the pool is dirty and there is not great furniture any more. Staffing is half of needed Hi
Been here going on 2 yrs. Only 1 in office and 1 david in maintenance
My ac is not working and david has tried but has lots to do
Neighbors say the pool and hot tub is looking dirty of late
Why have you not had the same staffing as last year
Morale in the building is dropping and will lead to non renewals
We have been promised return of coffee for months with no follow thru
I work at a club and used to recommend the place
