Not worth the price - management is filthy
May 20, 2025Lot of issues popping up in 2025: Dirty pool - closed for two months +. Coffee machine you see in amenities has been taken out. Elevators are broken. Carpets smell like pet urine. There is no management on site lol - everything is handled by an offsite team.Property Manager Responded

Several issues
May 1, 2025We've only lived here for six months but have noticed a real decline in amenities. The pool hasn't been cleaned once and is full of algae. There are broken and loose floor tiles in the elevator which create a trip hazard. We've been promised a new coffee maker for the community room since moving in which has never materialized. Garbage bags are constantly left in the hallways overnight despite the policy that they can't be placed there until the morning. The employees in the front office are ...great and doing their best; it's not their fault but definitely is the fault of those who benefit from our rent check. April 15, 2025New Management Is Not Great When I first moved in, our previous management team was wonderful. The building was well maintained and clean. The new onsite team has let this place fall apart. Trash cans are always overflowing, elevators and gates break and had not previously, the pool is dirty and there is not great furniture any more. Not sure why these easy items are no longer being handled by the onsite team. I used to see maintenance every day and now I have not seen them in months. It's a ...great building in a great location. September 28, 2024Oh my goodness, apartment hopping has been my thing for a while now, but let me tell you, Sunrise by the Park is a whole different ballgame! From the second I walked into that lobby, I was like, "Whoa, this is fancy!" It felt like home right away. The apartments themselves are just dreamy. They're modern, they're huge, and everything is so clean and shiny. My place has this amazing open layout that's perfect for having friends over. And the amenities? Top-notch! The gym is so awesome, it ...actually makes me want to work out. And the pool area? Oh. My. Gosh. Not only is the pool sparkling and refreshing, but they have a spacious hot tub to soak in after a long day. Plus, there are big screen TVs all around, so you can catch the game or your favorite show while you relax. And if you get hungry, they even have a fantastic cooking range right there! It's like a resort! The staff here are seriously the best. They're always so helpful and friendly. But the real magic of Sunrise by the Park is the community vibe. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. It's like a little family! And you know what's even better? The rent prices are super competitive for all this luxury! It's like they're giving away a five-star experience! Do not live here!!!
July 31, 2022There is a serious roach issue here. I believe there’s an infestation in the walls or carpet. The neighborhood is nice and very safe with no breakins. But the elevator breaks down every other week and sometimes even the front door. I have been locked out cause their system didn’t work. Also the amount they charge isn’t worth it for such an old complex just cause the location. So many other options!Review from Apartments.com
I wouldn't be shocked if Management accidentally burned this place down
June 29, 2022Incompetence is putting their management lightly. I have documented elevator break downs, gate access, and garage door access throughout my time here. On top of this, we haven't had access to the pool in a full month with no end in sight. They are completely incompetent, but they have 0 consequences. 20+ tenants were locked out of the entire complex because their systems broke down and we couldn't enter our own complex.
