Medicore apartments with poor policies
December 4, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are about what you would expect for the price. The problems are with with their policies. I have never made a late payment ever in my almost 2 years living here. I even had signed up for autopay to insure my rent was paid on time each month. Apparently it did not go through this month. This was not due to lack of funds and my bank confirmed no charge attempt was even made. I received a call today saying my rent was late. I paid it right away. I was charge 140 dollars in fees which ...is 20% of my monthly rent for autopay not working correctly.. April 10, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here a couple years ago and I thought it was kinda gross. staff was nice enough but hard to get ahold of and never in the office when you needed anything. my appliances were really old and out-dated, always breaking. maintenance was ok but it seems like there's not much money for repairs because most stuff was "bandaid" fixes. For the price of rent at Sweetwater heights it seems like they could afford to fix stuff up and keep the lawns cleaner. Overall i wouldn't recomend the place unless ...it gets better. September 19, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comMy husband and I currently live at these apartments and have been here 2 years. In that time we have seen 3 managers and 3 maintenance guys come and go. We currently do not have a maintenance person. Remodeling has occurred but it was poorly done. All maintenance people just do band-aid fixes.We are looking to leave this place as soon as we are able to. They have incentives for people to move in but not to stay here.
