Alexander at The District is a 280 unit class A mid-rise apartment community under construction at the District at Howell Mill. This project is a mixture of residential and retail space with a shared parking garage, near the intersection of I-75 and Howell Mill Road. Minutes north of downtown Atlanta. The 17 acre site was the former home of the Castlegate Hotel. The District will be attached to a retail component consisting of about 300,000 sq.ft.
