Now the major concern is the amenities. The swimming pool is not accessible the entire summer and also there is light issues in the tennis court. The garbage disposal unit is kept on road because of which the area is too stinky.

I used to love Arboretum for all the amenities they had. Swimming pool is closed whole summer and there is no visible work in progress. And time to time indoor pool is being closed. After multiple time drawing attention that tree branches are covering lights of tennis court no action been taken. Changing my rating as multiple amenities are not available.

Great location, walking distance to Publix, Walmart, HT, Foodlion, and many stores. Great schools district. Indoor swimming pool is good as well. Recommended.
