June 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comCommunity is great and location is unbeatable. Great schools and commute to uptown is a available right from community entrance. Amenities needs improvement specially area for kids to play. Recent renovation of play area leaves it completely unusable for kids more than 3 years old. Ongoing upgrade to swimming pool should have been planned in winter months rather than taking away access during summers. Rent demands a premium when compared to neighborhoods.

June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy only current complaints is the lack of usage of amenities due to the renovations. While I am grateful for the update I think the timing was not planned well. Due to this for awhile we were also unable to use the fitness center. I was just a bit frustrated with all of this. There are many businesses in the area and some are even in walking distance if you’re interested. For the most part everyone on staff is a pleasure but that ray of sunshine Daniella has always been a special addition. She makes you feel like your home with family who cares and being away from home that means a lot!
