I appreciate the staff here at the barringtons. It's a well-run apartment complex lot of good people. I do recommend updates for the building but other than that great place to live.

The convience life style and a good community. Its right next to 494 and 94. Theres pools and a in-house gym but if I want to go the extra mile, Experience Fitness is just right down the road. After my workout, I can just walk across the street to get something to eat and walk a few minutes to get home.
If I want grocery, Costco and Whole Foods is not far. If I need other essentials, target is in my neighborhood.

comfortable furnitures. The management and maintenance crew are good. Theyre very fast and responsive.
Cons: The lack of space; The kitchen cabinets dont have much room. If you like to cook and have sets of pots/pans, knives and other kitchen wares, your place will easily be clutter.
The windows do a poor job for insulation. I can feel drafts blowing through them. Because of this, the temperature fluctuates quite often and your heating/AC unit will constantly turning on.

The Barrington has been a great place to live with my dog. There are plenty of trails in the area for long walks and it's located near everything you need (grocery, bank, etc.). The community is respectful and management is always attentive and professional. Heated underground parking in the Minnesota winter is a huge bonus!
