Unfortunately, my living experience is marred by a persistent (more than 6 months) issue of secondhand smoke from a neighboring unit. Despite reporting the matter to the complex office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. This ongoing problem contradicts the promised smoke-free environment and impacts my living conditions. I love that I have my own 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit. The community is extremely safe and the location is great for our lifestyle. The draw backs are the faulty, old and rusty appliances such as washer and dryer. March 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have had nothing but problems moving in here. I’ve been a resident since June 2016. I’ve had my apartment flooded 3 times. Had a cockroach problem since I’ve moved in. Don’t know if it’s coming from another surrounding apartment. We’re starting a little family and how can a person raise a baby in these conditions. Having food in the apartment is a battle on its own!
