After such a great tour of this place my Surprise has turned into Not Surprised. Seemed to be an issue with the online app my information did not come out correctly on the app I called and called and emailed and emailed spoke to Pilar and Gaby several times Pilar told me oh not a problem go ahead and pay and any information that needs to be corrected the manager can correct it I called and called 2 3 4times a day I have yet to hear from a Manager. Well my app was ran with the wrong information ...

not once but twice. Disappointed is to say the least of how I feel. I actually stood by the front door of the office and called I wont throw anyone under the bus I saw the phone lite up they looked at the phone (caller id) and continued working no one was sitting at the desk so they cannot say they were busy. Surprised turned into Not Surprised....

I had a hard time at first getting someone on the phone. I had been calling on and off for over a week. I called again on the 26th and was surprised when I got a live person so I spoke to Pilar she was friendly gave me all the info I needed and invited me to come tour the apartment the same day. So I went and met with Gabby she was awesome she was so nice she had information ready for me after I toured I applied right away. The application process was a little difficult only because my info ...

I love the new staff! Betsy has truly been the best property manager. I have live her for a while and while everything hasn't been perfect. I definitely see a positive change with the new management. I love the new renovations, it's in the heart of Sandy Springs. The community is quite. Spacious Apartments etc.

DISGUSTING! To enter my apartment I have to walk through a swarm of flies because people leave their trash outside at ALL times. Our neighbors have dogs that pee and poop in their balcony and the stench is unbearable. The office has been notified multiple times. They do NOT care. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

Ridiculous and Worst Staff

Trying to achieve anything with the leasing office is absolute ridiculous. The managers are rude and no help with any situations. They believe they are always right. Attempting to ask for any help is pulling a tooth and a nail. They don’t care about any of their residence. There has been several changes in management and every single one of them are worse than the other. I would recommend looking elsewhere because management could careless about their resident.

Previous management was fantastic, but since the new ones took over in 2018, quality has dropped. From conversations with other tenants and via personal experiences, maintenance issues are not addressed as promptly (or well), we go to the office and tell them about 4 times about our problems before they actually get “solved” as they would like to call it, staff is more difficult to work with, the package system can be difficult. And all this about mandatory "valet" trash that will does not get ...

picked up for days at a time, and causes roaches and other bugs to be all around our building. Not to mention all the stray cats that are all over the complex. Also management can be so rude and disrespectful, don’t seem to actually care why you walked into the office, doesn’t care about your problems. I get everyone has bad days but don’t take it out on just everyone. Work out that attitude before going into work. Try a different complex until management changes.

New Management, Different Quality

Horrible Staff and Stray Cats EVERYWHERE

We saw the apartment online and felt so great about it that I started the online application. Despite the reviews we saw, we decided to check it out for ourselves. I was on the phone with my husband this morning as he went into to speak with the person in the office. It was disgusting! Her attitude to him was so cold and unfriendly that I asked my husband to leave. Her demeanor was mean and angry. This woman was nasty in her responses as if she seemed upset that he was even there!! hoping that her demeanor has nothing to do with the fact that my husband man is a handsome, God fearing, black man who is a pastor. How dare her speak to him that way! We’ve visited several apartments in this area and non has been this cold and nasty. Even though, I told her that she was being rude, she never once apologized or asked him to allow her to try and help him. We asked to see the GYN and she said, it’s under construction and she doesn’t know when it would be ready. He asked to see the 3bedroom and she said one wasn’t available. He asked could he see the 2 bedroom and she had some other response. This lady was either motivated by her own prejudice or she wasn’t interested in helping him and I don’t understand why. This is sad. Please fix your attitude.
