    Okay, these apartments looking amazing. The major selling point for me was the updated kitchen, spacious closet and gate community. The cons for double the average rent price for an apartment in the area; there is no parking available. Literally people don’t leave there apartment because there is no assigned parking.     depending on how often those above you choose a bath oppose to a shower. Lastly, ants! I don’t know if it’s super hot outside or what, however, ants are an issue the first two weeks I didn’t see anything until I hired a professional cleaner and to me surprise they prefer air conditioned areas too. The staff is overworked and have poor management skills. Unless you get Beatrice she at least attempts to met your needs. But for the most part it’s like owning a home you have to stay on top of things because they could care less. I continue to walk over every month for a parking spot. Hopefully one day, I’ll get lucky. I hope this helps.

    I have been here for 3 months and I couldn't be happier. The location is amazing. There is two malls location off of Broadway and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. I haven't live in an apartment in 40 years I am coming out of Colorado looking to downsize, and happen upon this palace. If you are looking to find a place to call home this is it.     My wife and I stayed here for about 5 months, while our house was being built. The location was amazing. The Park Place Mall and plenty of restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes. Management was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We experienced two minor issues, water leaking on the top shelf of the fridge and filter replacement for air conditioners. Both issues were fixed within two days of opening the work order. Great place to stay for the price.

    This location is unbeatable! Centrally located in Tucson, on the corner of two major streets. Close to the mall and lots of restaurants. If you ride bicycles you can easily get to many bike routes. The mountain views are amazing, especially from the higher apartment floors. The pool and gym are 24/7 and always very clean. All of the staff members are great from the office staff to the maintenance guy, who are always friendly and willing to help.
