Three reasons to not live at the london
June 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThree things that the London has done poorly that I don't think you should live there. 1. Had my car towed even though I had a parking pass. Went outside and was preparing to go on campus to take an exam and found my car was missing. Apparently they somehow didn't see my parking pass and decided to tow my car. Missed my really important exam and was forced to spend the money on a uber to pick on my own car that they towed by accident. 2. Caused hundreds of damages to my car by installing speed ...bumps that are too big for normal regulation size. Every time I drive through the gate my frame hits the speed bump and I took my car to the shop this weekend and had to pay 397 dollars due to the fact I have a sedan and they don't know how to make speed bumps. 3. Earlier this year I did actually choose to resign my lease and even though they have spots available they decided to kick me out of my apartment for an entire month while I am in grad school. May 21, 2026Regarding the parking concern, we understand how stressful it is to have a vehicle towed, especially when you believe a valid parking pass was displayed. Towing decisions are typically made based on enforcement guidelines in partnership with our parking vendor, but we encourage any resident who believes there was an error to contact our office so we can review the incident and documentation with you directly. We also appreciate your comments regarding the speed bumps and vehicle damage concerns. Property safety features are installed to meet community safety standards, but we understand that vehicle clearance and driving experience can vary, and we are willing to review any specific concerns or reports related to damage through the appropriate channels. In regard to your lease renewal and housing concerns, we take resident housing continuity seriously and regret hearing that you feel there was a lapse in communication or planning. Lease renewals and assignment of units are based on ...availability and timing, and we would need to review your specific lease details to address what occurred in your case. We would like the opportunity to look into all three concerns further. Worst Apartment Experience
September 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI'm honestly not sure how this apartment complex has gotten a 4.0 out of 5. The apartments are so old and run down. When we went for a viewing, their "showroom" apartment was nice and clean and although a little dated, it looked liked it had been remodeled. We have had nothing but unsolved problems since day one. Fire Alarms go off constantly, fire alarms fall down from the ceiling, took 4 weeks to get fixed; microwave trips the breaker at every use which makes 1/2 the apartment shut down ...power, can't get the light outside the door fixed (its a strobe light), the upkeep outside is horrible, dog poop areas are nasty, and nothing gets fixed because the apartment manager Andrea says they can't keep good maintenance guys. old buildings, charging too much for some new paint

Dressers were falling apart. Then on top of it, the AC doesn't work and it's the dustiest place I've ever lived. Utility bills are through the roof, which doesn't make sense. This place is the worst. Rooms are usually covered in mold/mildew, lights and furniture don't work, dustiest place ever, plumbing and heating is hardly livable. Cheap garbage

Only stay here if you cannot afford to live anywhere else as it is the cheapest in the area for good reason. If you tour makes sure to check out more than just the buildings at the entrance because every other building is decrepit, has almost no lighting, there are no security cameras and the place is a known drug dealing location. I have seen several people get evicted for this reason. The "high speed" internet they brag about goes out ...almost weekly. There are hidden charges in the lease they don't mention to you. The way they do utilities is very sketchy here as well as you don't pay for what your room uses but what the building uses divided amongst everyone in the building, I.E. if someone is going crazy with the power and you're using less you get overcharged. All the fun things they say they will do when you tour never happens and good luck getting maintenance to ever fix your problems.Read More

The apartment also came with a horrible burn mark on the counter and in the microwave. The units are old along with the furniture. The only thing they’ve put money in is the clubhouse where the printers never works and a common area filled with bugs.
