Friendly staff, poor management and cheap build

Only Internet option is spectrum, complex is right next to K 10. You can hear the cars all day and all night. The walking trails are nice and so is the pool. However, many of the amenities have been closed due to construction on the property. I do think the rent is high for the quality of the apartments. Probably will not be moving when my renewal is up. Also, internet is only available through spectrum and it's not very good.
