January 23, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comZero star rating for HPG Management. Welcome to paradise[[[ I have problems with this company all the time. Last couple: after last 2022 rains in Los Angeles roof has leaked. I live on the second floor. Now I have three types of mold - gray, black and green on my ceiling. I have cough started. I complained to manager... she took a pictures of the ceiling and nothing else happens after that. The mold starts my asthma. Parking gates also work poorly - it doesn't open sometimes at all, last year I ...lost my job because I couldn't leave the building parking at 5 a.m. and I was late for work. Also garbage service taken out at 6 - 7 am on weekends and its very loud. If you like it- welcome and enjoy. I can't describe everything right now. Wait for a second review from my neighbors about Fairmont Apartments about cockroaches, about a dirty pool and about lighting on the stairs.Read More
