Nice place to live except for the property management company
July 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe enjoyed living at the Falls. Reliable maintenance, beautiful grounds, spacious floor plan. Nice onsite management too. But the companies that manage rent (three in a year!) kept mischarging, and after we moved out in May, still have not released our deposit. Have called and visited several times but the 7-10 day promised refund has stretched to 7 weeks!

It’s located in a quiet location in South Ogden, surrounded by scenic views of the mountains. There is easy access to the Nature Park next door. The units are modernized, spacious, and offer very nice floor plans. The washer and dryer in the units are very convenient. We moved away for the job, and returned here when we came back. There is a dog run, two playgrounds, a tennis court, fitness room, and clubhouse. They are always clean and ready to go.
