June 23, 2025The apartments are very spacious and nice. We like them a lot, but I don't like that they are full of horrible cockroaches. Every month they charge us for pest control and no one is going to fumigate, even though we go to the office to complain, we get tired of doing it. It's horrible. You can't even lean on the kitchen because the cockroaches climb on us and if you open the pantry door, the areiba cockroaches fall on your head. The stove doesn't work, so we reported it to them and they told us ...it was okay because we didn't know how to use it. Every time the stove is turned on, it gets super hot, all red and throws out sparks.Property Manager Responded
