Amazing first rental experience!!!
February 15, 2022We are first time apartment renters. This entire experience has been wonderful from the minute we started the rental process. We love it so much, that we did not even look at any other complexes when we needed to go from our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We have been renting from Guest House since August and we are in the process of beginning the paperwork to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. I have spoken with Rachel, who works in the office, many many times. She walked me through the application ...process and has always been so helpful and quick when we had any questions. I believe we have only had one maintenance request and it was handled so fast. Every person that we have met that works in the complex has been so friendly and helpful.
