November 4, 2025Fast and Efficient Response I put in a request to check my hvac because the fan would not stop running. The team was here in about 30 minutes to check it but they couldn’t fix it and called the hvac company who was here in about another 30 minutes. The hvac company had the repairs done in about 15 minutes. The fan motor has to be replaced but the run it works fine until the part comes in. I love my apartment and plan to continue living here. I really like the valet trash service and I love how the property is located on a golf course. After living many years in a house, the thought of living in an apartment again was not high on my list - I dreaded it but needed a place to live in a new city. Sight unseen, I got an incredible incentive to move in and when I walked in the door to the empty apartment - I knew I was home...and would love it here. I'm almost at the one year mark and have enjoyed my apartment home more than I ever expected. If I could buy a unit like this - I would. I have owned homes with ...less closets, smaller bedrooms - this place is amazing. I haven't had to call on maintenance very often but when I do - they have either been same day or next day - incredible. I would highly recommend the Greens at Tryon to anyone. Neighbors are friendly for the most part, stick to themselves. Everyone is respectful in the parking lot - the grounds are beautiful. Prices are very good in comparison to buildings around us. Not that I've ever used it (which is a shame) but the gym here is like a professional one you pay for at a club. I could go on and on - love it here.Property Manager Responded

The conclusion following resolution attempts
August 7, 2024**Review: Extremely Disappointing Management Experience** I am compelled to share my profound dissatisfaction with the management at this property. Their handling of my grievances has been nothing short of appalling, marked by significant delays and woefully inadequate responses. To begin with, repairs that were finally completed yesterday came after over a month of inconvenience, forcing the affected resident to find alternative accommodations. This delay was frustrating enough, but the ...persistent black mold on the windowsill, despite their claims of remediation, only adds to the disappointment. The issue of compensation remains unresolved. While a credit of $1019.00 was offered, it falls far short of addressing the considerable upheaval we endured. Additionally, the theft of over $500 worth of mail and inadequate security measures have yet to be properly investigated or addressed. The suggestion that resolving these issues now only benefits future tenants, rather than addressing the immediate impact on us, is both disheartening and dismissive. Communication from the management has been slow and ineffective. Although they acknowledged their responsibility for the repair delays and agreed to waive late fees, the overall handling of the situation reflects poorly on their management practices. Their recent decision to stop discussing the matter altogether is unprofessional and unacceptable. In summary, this management team has demonstrated delays, inadequate responses, and a lack of genuine concern for tenant satisfaction. The minimal compensation offered and refusal to engage further on unresolved issues reveal a troubling disregard for tenant well-being. I strongly urge a reconsideration of their approach to tenant concerns and a more serious effort to address these ongoing problems.Property Manager Responded
