January 14, 2026Hot Water Heater I woke up one morning to having no hot water. I put in a maintenance request and by noon, the maintenance tech was knocking on my door. He looked it over and said the water heater had to be completely replaced. By 3:00 pm the plumber was knocking at my door and by 6:00 pm, the water heater was installed and making hot water. November 4, 2025Fast and Efficient Response I put in a request to check my hvac because the fan would not stop running. The team was here in about 30 minutes to check it but they couldn’t fix it and called the hvac company who was here in about another 30 minutes. The hvac company had the repairs done in about 15 minutes. The fan motor has to be replaced but the run it works fine until the part comes in. I’m grateful for the maintenance team and their caring nature. They did a great job getting here and then ...arranging for additional support.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025I love it here! I've been at the Greens for almost 2 years now and I've really enjoyed it. Maintenance is quick and the office staff is so nice and helpful! I love my apartment and plan to continue living here. I really like the valet trash service and I love how the property is located on a golf course. After living many years in a house, the thought of living in an apartment again was not high on my list - I dreaded it but needed a place to live in a new city. Sight unseen, I got an incredible incentive to move in and when I walked in the door to the empty apartment - I knew I was home...and would love it here. I'm almost at the one year mark and have enjoyed my apartment home more than I ever expected. If I could buy a unit like this - I would. I have owned homes with ...less closets, smaller bedrooms - this place is amazing. I haven't had to call on maintenance very often but when I do - they have either been same day or next day - incredible. I would highly recommend the Greens at Tryon to anyone. Neighbors are friendly for the most part, stick to themselves. Everyone is respectful in the parking lot - the grounds are beautiful. Prices are very good in comparison to buildings around us. Not that I've ever used it (which is a shame) but the gym here is like a professional one you pay for at a club. I could go on and on - love it here.Property Manager Responded
