It's pretty good and peaceful living. Everything's good just that maintainance is kind of slow. HEB is nearby and if you have a car you are sorted as anything that are essential are just at max 20 mins away.

Put in an emergency maintenance issue and didnt get help or any sort of contact about it until 3 days later. The residents also like to walk in big groups and in the middle of the road and wont move when you’re trying to drive past them. My apartment seemed to be a bug magnet with tons of rollie pollies so beware of being on the first floor. Lastly I just got really unlucky with my upstairs neighbor who stomps constantly from 6am all the way till about 10 pm
