September 15, 2025Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at over the years, starting year 3 living here has by far been the best experience! The biggest reason is the management staff - Joy, Bryan, and Joe - who genuinely care about the residents. They always go above and beyond, and are so personable and friendly. I always enjoy chatting with them! The residents here are also incredible and friendly which is something I haven’t really experienced at other complexes in Dallas. Can say I have made some really ...genuine friends since day 1! On top of that, the security staff is excellent, which makes me feel safe and comfortable no matter what time of day it is. May 5, 2025Overall the location is great. However the smell down in the lobby and hallways are off putting. Maintenance does clean everyday and is great but the smell just stays. Also, amenities could use an improvement as the gym is small and as of right now pool is undergoing construction as we enter summer. Not ideal.Property Manager Responded
