October 21, 2025I've been living at The Skylar for a few months now, and have overall enjoyed my experience as a resident. The unit is spacious with a great view of west Miami, is super close to the Jackson Health Center, River Landing, and the Airport. The walk to and from could be prettier, but it's pretty manageable for daily commute. The elevators have been causing some issues, but here's to hoping new management will address these issues. The community areas are pretty well maintained and have really added ...to our experience living here (we love the pool deck!). Trash is convenient and the hallways stay pretty clean, even being a pet friendly building. The residents here are all pretty laidback with a nice mix of families and young professionals. I look forward to the next year living here and hope to see the same experience!Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025My roommate and I have recently moved into this building, into a 2/2 unit! The application process was fairly smooth. Although the leasing office can be a little difficult to contact due to their Ai agent that answers the phone, I always received a call-back or email within 24 hours. The elevators are rumored to not function as well as others, but so far we have had no issues. The common areas are pretty well maintained, and the unit was move-in ready.
