Price comes with a catch
July 21, 2025The apartment complex has good gym and amenities, but has constant fire alarms, mice, roaches and parking overflow of non-tenants. The building is renovated only in certain areas, so the unit you tour may not be the same flooring/updates of your actual apartment.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2025Moved in and there was a bit of things that needed to be tackled . Window replaced ,door issues , paint issues . But the got them done. My apartment is not renovated so i had to deal with older appliances ( not a huge deal) my view is beautiful and still getting myself acclimated to the building.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2025Living at this apartment complex has been incredibly disappointing. In July 2024, my apartment flooded due to a leak from the unit above. Even after reporting that water was still seeping through the floorboards, I was met with dismissiveness and treated like I was inconveniencing the leasing staff. I briefly emailed with a manager and mentioned the possibility of one month’s rent free as a gesture of goodwill. She said we’d circle back, I never heard from anyone again. It became clear no one ...truly cared. Today, a clogged AC unit caused another leak. Maintenance opened the panel and found standing water and mold. I voiced my concerns to the supervisor, Manuel, but he kept interrupting me. When I asked why, he said it was because he “had places to be.” Unbelievable. While the team fixed the issue (I think), the way I was treated, especially by those in charge, left me feeling disrespected and completely unsupported as a tenant.Property Manager Responded
