WORST WORST WORST apartment building to live in. I’ve been a resident for a long time. All the bad reviews are absolutely true. Roaches, rats, staff entering apartments unannounced, constant smell of smoke, noisy neighbors. My packages are constantly getting stolen although the mailroom in C/D has security cameras but no footage??? Finally moving out and will never rent at any trinity property management community again.

Roaches, dirty, often no one at the front desk, elevators often broken, and most of all LOUD.
I don't expect to move into an apartment and have it be a library, and maybe my unit is just unlucky with terrible neighbors (avoid 9th floor A side), but daily loud music often well past midnight with bass shaking the walls and people shouting the hallways make it tough to sleep daily.
Avoid. Management claims to be addressing the issue but nothing changes.

It hasn’t improved that much, rats, roach , theres no cameras in the building, its always dirty so still the same , you need a better ways to improve this system and the building bc there’s nothing luxurious about this building.

Initially moved into the C/D side where we were regularly met with officers inside the apartment building looking for individuals. Additionally had one instance where our neighbors dog was pepper sprayed under the door. Multiple packages stolen without any resolution from the office. Moved in the A/B side as they were recently renovated, while that side hasn’t had as many safety concerns we go maybe 3-4 out of the 7 days a week without hot water as the boiler is old they have been “resetting” the ...
