June 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe staff is quite helpful and very professional. They delivered solutions, in a reasonable time, to issues we had during move in. The entire property is well maintained and clean. I do have a couple issues, however. The gated walk-in entrance has a defective magnetic lock. Anyone can walk into the property without the key FOB device. And some of the outdoor corridors look like they could use a pressure washer. Other than that, my wife and I are very happy with our new home at The Jackson.

Ms. Kendall in the leasing office has been here from the start and is always helpful! The amenities here including the gym and clubhouse have been my favorite since they renovated recently. For those of us who live on the lower levels in the back it’s just a bunch of trees— would be nice to be able to park at the bottom to be able to walk directly into our breezeway vs walking down the stairs especially if you have a lot of groceries and such
