May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in The Preserves for over 9 years. I enjoy it very much. It's a very clean, quiet, and friendly community. It has great amenities, for example, 2 gyms, 2 pools, playgrounds, and dog walking amenities. It's pet and children friendly. I feel safe here. I am 68 yo and plan on living here as long as I am healthy enough. The other two things that are important for me is that we have a responsive office and a maintenance crew that is very good. April 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments are excellent. I have lived here for over six and a half years and absolutely love it. The office and Maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to any problems and are very reliable. The pools are beautiful and sparkling during the summer and the snow is removed even in bad conditions during the winter. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments themselves look like a home instead of a cookie cutter apartment. I love it here.Property Manager Responded
