June 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI absolutely love Management team. Asusena and Brandy are top tier! However maintainence needs to be revamped and restructured . The grounds are kept fairly clean, I wish they would clean the breezeways , stairs and doors. Its spiderwebs everywhere . The community is relatively quiet. There's been a few disabled cars that are taking up space for nearly a year. Parking is already so scarce. I would recommend living here .Property Manager Responded

Have gone through minimum of 5 managers with 4 Maintenance-teams in 9 years. Getting things done in a timely manner has been a bit disappointing. However, things are looking up with a Brand New Manager who was one of the most effective Asst Managers who was sent away and brought back to Manage a property already familiar with. Rarely hear of any incidents. Many available amenities in the area and very relaxing atmosphere.
