I have lived here for 5 years. I have seen improvements during that time like the painting of the exteriors, the paving of the road and parking lots, installation of more street lights, and feeding the lawns to make them look really good. My wife and I live in a 3 bedroom on the first floor and, even though I use one of the rooms as an office, we have plenty of room to have our kids, Grandkids, and Great Grandkids able to have a beach vacation. The complex is close to the beach and many other ...
great attractions.
The ladies in the office are very professional, but also caring for the people who live here. The maintenance guys are very thorough and know what they are doing. When maintenance is needed on an apartment, the response is prompt.
This is my home and been such for 4 years. The complex is part of my home. I love going around the neighborhood and seeing the kids play and meeting and greeting people. One of the coolest things that I get to experience here is the sunsets and hearing and seeing the birds. In the mornings the birds sing their hearts out but there is a quietness in spite of the chatter. There is a bird I especially like called a Carolina Wren that says “Excuse me”. But we feed all the birds and love to see the cardinals, blue jays, and sparrows.
So I would definitely say that this is a good place to be.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience being here at Reserve. Lisa and Suzanne are always very helpful. The grounds are kept clean and maintenace are always around immediately if needed. I would recommend!

This place is disgusting. Poorly managed and community is not well kept. Drug being used and sold in the parking lot, dogs left unattended at the dog park, beer cans and garbage ALL over the place, broken glass, people without a lease living in empty apartments, disgusting graffiti on the children's playground, packages being stole right in front of your door, cops here constantly, and the list can go on. Living in an apartment has been an adjustment; however, The Reserve staff have played a pivotal role in making my experience so great. The grounds are always clean, quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend renting here.
