We just moved in to The Ridge and it was nothing short of an amazing process. They made the process extremely easy and hassle free. Christos was extremely helpful and very responsive. Our apartment was incredible when we arrived. They cleaned it for us and made sure it was in tip top shape for our arrival. We are so grateful to be apart of the ridge community and look forward to using the amenities like the beautiful pool and amazing gym!

Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Many upgrades to the property and amenities. Restaurants, auto mechanics, gas station and shopping centers are close by. Scenic and off the beaten path. A nice community to walk around. Pet friendly with a dog park. A place to barbecue with new gas grills and park benches scattered throughout the property

The Ridge / Bozzuto, is a great place to live. I have lived here over 7 years, getting ready to sign a new lease. Bozzuto, has been doing so much, with so many good things to making it even better than it already is. The new office will be finished soon. The gym I bet will be so amazing. Christos, at The Ridge, was awesome. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cristos made the leasing process effortless and easy. It is a beautiful community and everyone is super nice. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues as well.

I am enjoying the apartment it is very spacious. However a few pain points like the trash one. Wish we had more trash collection points. We only have 1 point.

Good experience so far. Friendly neighbors and helpful staff. The onboarding experience was a bit confusing with different information being shared by the portal and by staff but we eventually cleared everything up.

Very thin walls. You can hear all of your neighbors at all times of the day and night. For the price residents pay here, the construction could have definitely been planned more adequately

Living here at THE RIDGE/ BOZZUTO! This has been home to me for over 7 years now. I love living here. It is comfortable, people are nice. It has a lot here, pool Gym, Events at times. Also they have COBU with groups you can join to get to meet your neighbors. Go for walks, book club, & more. There is so much around here. Food shops right down the street, restaurants all over Waltham, Ma. I love Waltham, Ma. I raised my kids in Waltham. The Schools are great. I could go on with more, but yes ...

living here, is where I want to live. The Office Staff are nice, and there to help you with what you may need as well as the Maintenance!
