Horrible Property Upkeep
July 27, 2023This place is very Run down on the outside Al though their updated units are nice I still don’t feel uncomfortable about the second story balconies. Machines are expensive and make sure you use them at night cause the AC wall unit in the laundry room just blows hot air.Property Manager Responded

nightmare
February 9, 2022This place and its parent company Investment Concepts, Inc. are a real piece of work. I spoke to the manager in January about moving in in April that didn't happen we ended up having to commute from cal state San Bernardino every day for over a month. We moved in in mid-May and the appearance of the apartment at first glance looked okay the cabinets were really old and the joints I've everything was really painted over so some doors wouldn't shut. On the first night, I woke up to a roach in the ...hallway and some in the restroom. freaked out and checked the cabinets and dishwasher and found roaches. had to call the manager and she swore she didn't know but the maintenance man told us he was aware of them and had told management who still allowed us to move in. They sent a pest guy and found out all of the surrounding apartments and the one behind me was the worst infestation. We had it sprayed often and the issue never resolved so we chose to move out after six months of hell we were able to find a place to move to. The manager tried to say we would have to pay the breach of the lease even the apartment wasn't healthy to live in. Called fair house and they released us from our lease. After getting out apartment inspected by the staff they said we were fine and there was no damage cause we lives there so briefly and we should expect our deposit back. A month went by I went to speak to the staff in the clubhouse after never getting a call back about my deposit. they said one was sent out on the 7th of December to my new residents that never happened, i asked how much I was getting back and she told me $34 of my $1350, I asked to speak to her supervisor they said I had to talk To ICI their parent company. she said she would look it over and reevaluated our deposit and send another check, and I haven't received that one either after 3 1/2 months. Their laundry machines are always broken, you can never get a maintenance man to your apartment cause they only have one man for over 200 units, the area around the courtyard smells of pet waste, and they never wash out the dumpster areas which is probably contributed to the pest problem. September 19, 2015I have lived here 10 yrs. I've seen many managers come and go we do not have crime here for the most part and they work well here with blind and or deaf here at sage all in all its a nice place to live. Happy to have a homeReview from Apartments.com

BED BUGS!!!
August 28, 2015I lived in here for 2 years and it's a terrible place. There are so many things wrong that it's not even funny: old air conditioner, bad windows, over priced everything and now BED BUGS. I can go on and on but it will not change a thing.I suggest you read more reviews about this place before you make a final decicion.
