Now,the Team they have in the Leasing Office which consists of Kierra and Ms.Yolanda and the Maintenance team: Anthony and Damion, when I tell you it has been some AWESOME changes. The leasing team engages with their residents,not only do they keep us informed and updated on the community. They have different activities every month,you can win ...prizes and get to know other residents in the community. We never have had this much engagement from the leasing office staff. The upkeep of the apartments/down to the dumpster/ cameras onsite,security and the complex lighting, all of this has been upgraded. I cannot forget about our Maintenance staff, they are quick,responsive and know what they are doing and completes things in a timely manner.I am loving this new staff and how they help out their residents,they are not just there to get a check,they actually care about their residents and LISTENS to us. I love all the changes they have made and looking forward to the excellent things they have in store for the future pertaining to the community.Read More

The after school program is such a big help with homework support and keeping my kids occupied after school. Great community, I am watching the community turn around right before my eyes and I am glad to be apart of it. I can’t wait for the community events I have seen notices for.
