A nice place to live
June 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've been living here for 2 years now and just decided to transfer to a newly upgraded 1 bedroom. Since living here I've enjoyed how green the property is. I love waking up and hearing the birds chip, seeing the humming birds flying by my bedroom window and just having nice neighbors. The office staff are kind and so is the maintenance team. I have experienced leaks in my apartment which can be annoying, but the property staff are attentive when getting everything mediated and back to normal.

Worst place I’ve ever lived
September 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLived here 5 years and in the time, my apartment has flooded 4 times due to their poor maintenance. Management is the worst, if you ever have an issue, you can never get anything in writing from them about the situation because they intend to lie to you about what is going on and want zero accountability. Recently building 1 flooded on every floor and there is mold throughout as a result. Management here does not care about the tenants at all. With the flood, they protected the party that ...caused the damages, so residents have a harder time trying to recover damages that insurance didn’t cover. Avoid at all costs.Read More

You can't bring alcohol at pool area. 4. You can't place any plants in the patio 5. Your rent will increase 10% every year

June 4, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have now been here 3 years. I love it here. Yep it is a bit costly but it is all worth it. Nice okay space kitchen, pretty much never appliances. Marble counter tops, nice bathroom, sufficient closet mirrored space. Central air, walk over to trash compacter shoot, laundry on each floor of every building, assigned underground parking, beautiful upkept grounds, nice really HUGE pool, more than most exercise room. MAINTAINENCE guys ARE wonderful and almost instant. As big as complex it is we have ...security drives all over at night. ITS SO QUIET AT NIGHT. Its actually safe enough to leave your doors open. It is costly to live her BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME SAFE PLACE this is it!Read More
