Average townhomes, but what really shocked us today was the behavior of one of their leasing staff. By the way, the incident today wasn't the first time this person behaved this way with us. My husband was having a polite discussion with her on phone regarding the ongoing lease renewal for our townhome when all of a sudden she started using a very rude tone. My husband mentioned to her politely that he doesn't appreciate the tone being ...used, as a response to which she responded even more arrogantly and rudely. We have never been treated/spoken to so badly in this country so far!! I am shocked and disappointed. It hurts when the place you call your "home" is where you get treated so badly. It took us a while to pull ourselves out of this incident, and now we are seriously considering leaving this community sooner than planned.. only because of the unacceptable behavior of the staff!
