Been here for nearly a year and haven't had any real issues. After all of the monthly fees and such we pay a bit more than we were initially expecting, really wouldn't care too much if Spectrum wasn't just bad internet. Office staff has been helpful and very friendly and many community members are great.
Biggest gripe would be the trash, not really the property managers fault but still obnoxious that people just don't care at all about other peoples living space.

We've lived here for 8 years. Julie is great; very quick to respond to questions or concerns. The maintenance guy Chris is always so nice and helpful. The pool and bbq grill is great. We and our pups love it here.

I have been at Trellises for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion. Chris is a great guy that always make sure things are done right.
Plus, we have community events all throughout the year and the office staff makes sure we are happy!

Definitely would recommend.
Complex is beautiful, apartments are fairly spacious, maintenance and office staff are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. Lived here for 4 months now and love it! Chris made sure my apartment was ready to go and in perfect order when I moved in. Lots of residents here but its never too loud or crowded. Always get a nice spot right outside to my place. Trash removal is a blessing. Close to many businesses and stores but has a sense of seclusion. The storage in ...
the apartments are unbelievable! Definitely consider moving here. I feel very safe in this community.

My Fiance and I recently visited The Trellises and we were very impressed! We are excited to move to the Florence area and would love to call this place home. Julie was super helpful and professional when we toured. The pool is of nice size and the property seems well maintained. The model they showed us was so spacious and pretty! The Trellises is a great place to live. From the office team to the maintenance staff, I’ve always had positive interactions. Yesterday they even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Thank you James for recently fixing my dishwasher.

The office staff assisted me through the leasing process before I moved in from out of state and it was really smooth and easy sailing from there! Very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and didn't make me feel like I was bothering or asking too many questions. The property itself has so many wonderful and clean amenities , there’s plenty around! I used Google Maps to familiarize myself with the area. I enjoy and love everything about the Trellises Apartments from the garage parking to the spacious living! All the amenities and details are really thoughtful and top notch. And, with the different floor plans there's something for everyone. The pool area gives a resort feel. The fitness center is the best I've ever seen for an apartment complex. I love having everything just a few steps away. It's just a quick walk to the workout room and we also have access to a pool table that we enjoy using. Everyone that works here is exceptionally kind! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Evan and Chris and they both took very great care of me. This is by far one of the best places I have lived that caters to my style of life!
