Impressive service and property
April 6, 2026My wife and I visited more than a dozen apartment properties on a recent trip to Jacksonville. Views at Harbortown stood out for both the beauty of its property and the interaction with Rufino (assistant manager). The location is superb and the amenities are many and well-maintained. It is located in a relatively secluded area considering the proximity to major roads and several beach areas. The views are incredible and the apartments are spacious in comparison to other properties. Rufino was an ...excellent and patient tour guide and the information he provided was first-rate. March 12, 2026I have had ongoing issues with extremely loud noise coming from the unit above mine. It honestly sounds like someone running or bouncing something on the floor for hours every day and even late at night. The constant pounding through the ceiling makes it impossible to relax. I reported it to the office and was told it would be addressed, but nothing has changed. Instead I was asked to record a video of the noise. That doesn’t really make sense because a phone recording will never capture how ...loud it actually sounds in person. It’s very frustrating to report a problem and feel like it’s not taken seriously.
