However, I think my neighbors in the upstairs apartment over my first floor one are noisy during quiet time. They also throw their outside trash down. At times, I think there are more people in the apt. then the number is allowed.

The management team work together to make me feel as part of a family showing concern and that they value the-residents and not just another person paying rent.

November 2, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI thought I had found the perfect apartment: the landscaping is beautiful, pet rent is cheaper that other places, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, lake view... my only complain is that the fitness center is not open 24 hours. They open it at 8:00 AM (by which I have to be at work) so the sauna, cardio machines , and tanning bed can only be used 8AM-10PM. Also, management is... not great. I had to pay $50 in dog fees because someone said I didn’t pick up after my dog. The outside of the buildings are well maintained as well as landscaping; the property is beautiful and clean! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have always been able to provide exemplary answers to any questions that have arisen and are up for friendly conversation if they are not busy. The only reason I gave four stars ...instead of five is that the beautiful pond attracts a lot of mosquitos but this issues is in the works to be resolved.Read More
