Tab management and Legacy Village staff are friendly and caring about the tenets and buildings. I moved in back in March there are no problems with bugs short of an occasional fly or gnat that fly in when the patio door is open. Buildings and grounds are well maintained. I am very comfortable calling this place home. Thanks to the staff for making feel welcome.

Apartment Manager is friendly,helpful and always available for questions or guidance on apartment living here at Legacy. Maintenance Is excellent. He knows his stuff and is quick to fix it ,is non-intrusive and an all around good,kind person to work with.I have been here over a decade and this is the best it has ever been-I appreciate all they do for me-Thanks

Safe and clean place to live

My wife and I moved into a two-bedroom in January of 2020. When we signed the lease, the new ownership was honest about the fact the previous complex owner had not put the energy into this complex it needed. We rolled the dice and are glad we did. We have seen only improvements since we got here. New paint striping and parking signage in the parking lot, new Air Conditioners, exterior safety lights repaired, deck lumber replacement, and exterior doors repaired are just a couple of examples. We ...
are happy and even more, feel safe here.
Regarding the roach comments from another posting, the new owners were honest when we moved in and said that was a problem under the old ownership, but they have addressed it. We have not seen a single roach in or complex since we moved in.

Cockroaches and Extremely Rude Management

Well, they are indeed under new management...at least they are honest about that. After they took over from the old managers, I was told that nothing would be changing. A few weeks later, I was informed that they would be ending my lease. The new landlord, who is a very rude and inconsiderate woman, absolutely refused to give me a reason for such, despite me having asked her several times. The buildings are infested with cockroaches: they are in the hallways and most of the apartments. So if you ...
don't mind sharing an apartment with bugs, an apartment you won't be living in long due to the morally-bankrupt landlord, then this is a great place to live.

We are sorry for your bad experience. When TAB Properties/Legacy Village took over the property there was a roach problem. We have gone through great lengths to get rid of them. To our knowledge there has not been any reports in months.
When new owners buy a property thing do change. We are sorry that you did not like the changes. Just as you can give notice to vacate without a reason, so can Legacy Village. I am sorry that you feel the staff was rude and uncaring. It is their job to enforce the lease, protect the company assets, as well as the safety of the residents as much as possible.
The vast majority of the residents are extremely happy with the changes that TAB Properties and Legacy Village have made.
