  • Do not be fooled by photos and lies

    I have lived here for 5 years. If you get an upstairs apartment I hope you enjoy 78-82 degrees for about 99% of the summer. Also if anything needs fixed they'll Jerry rig it until they get tired and than will just say its working even if its not. BE CAUTIOUS OF REVIEWS THEY'VE BEEN KNOWN TO PAY FOR REVIEWS! And if they see this and get mad oh well fix you slums that you overprice

    I’ve stayed at the flats for 21/2 weeks and it’s the best I’ve stayed at. I’m 23 and no rental history and they accept me which was amazing. Because me and my son needed a place to go ASAP. And they took a chance with me and they won’t be disappointed. Maintenance is really quick on fixing things. The convenientes of being able to pay online is nice. The late fee is not much ( if you was to be late) It’s just a overall safe and wonderful place to stay
