Terrible experience
April 26, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for around a year. If you care about having other people in your life in the slightest, do not move here. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they tow whenever they get the chance. My friend was towed at 5pm when there were literally over a dozen spots available around her and was only inside my place for an hour or so. Also, management is very rude.

June 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comMoved here almost a month ago, as a single mom of 2 toddlers. My kids aand I really like the apartments from what we saw, and Loved the pool. Since being here the pool has been closed and they kept telling us it will be open soon but never happened. I called again today to see b this was the day they said it will be open again. They said it is actually permanently closed and will not be reopening it! The playcscape is the only other thing around and it’s in horrible condition, the ground around ...is torn up, the playscape itself is plain and worn out my kids didn’t even know how to play on it because how it looks.. also put me upstairs above a lady that does not like noise and always hits her ceiling to make my kids and dog be quiet (3 & 1 and a half year old) I even had to get rid of my kids sweet puppy because I could not handle taking both kids up and down the stairs just to let the dog potty.. now with parking.. if you have family or friends that like to visit, these are Not the apartments for you. Wish I knew that.. but they only have 2 visitor parking in each row around the apartments. If none are available we’ll you risk getting towed bc you can’t park anywhere else so they will have to leave... THIS PLACE SUCKS.Read More

October 4, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe management is quite inefficient at there jobs one girl I'll call her S#a gets paper work all wrong or you do your part and she plays on her phone all day and forgets about it and then she makes up a lie and says it's computer problems and I have to re-do all the paperwork again. They all party together. Except for one who does there job GREAT, but they fired her. I think there all kin to one another sisters, cousins and if you have a maintenance EMERGENCY forget it it takes hours or the next ...day for the problem to get fixed. The girl that gets paperwork all wrong or when you come into the office she eyes you like it's bothering her to help you so unprofessional!! The manager knows this and gave her a promotion and says she's great at her job . Well she isn't and she doesn't need to be in this line of work!Read More
It's a pretty good place
September 13, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI'll start with my apartment. I live near the back and its pretty quiet on this end. The grounds are nicer in the common areas but in front of some of the apartments it could use work. There are places where sod is needed. During the high big seasons I've never had a problem with ants; however crickets can get abundant and mosquitoes can be thick. Pest control however is always prompt and comes out and makes a difference. Ground maintenance can be lacking, they have an outside company that does ...it and most times they leave the extra trimmings from bushes around which is annoying. My apartment isn't as spacious as most I have been in but the use of space is very well placed. In the 2 bedroom, living/dining and kitchen are all connected. The kitchen is small, fits 2 adults comfortably and three is hectic. Appliances match, its a standard basic kitchen. GE appliances. The rooms are on the small side, but can fit a queen bed and 8 drawer dresser comfortably. Only master bedrooms have a walk in closet and those are very nice. Plenty of room. Your Biggest complaint might be yours neighbors and management is most times lax to really help you especially if it is a noise complaint. You have to call everyday and actually go down there before anything is done most times. Overall, its a quaint living experience. Not many complaints. No crime,and no noisy children or teenagers. No property destruction. Parking is an issue. Either get a carport ($20/month) or a garage ($50/month) by the time 6pm rolls around you will have to park very far from your home or outside the complex. Close to Walmart and in between Austin and San Marcos. For a first time renter its spot on.Read More

They don't fix things on time, our cars have been towed multiple times and every time we've put in a maintenance request, they take their sweet time to make sure we're inconvenienced. August 2, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comWe hear the people upstairs ALL the time--it's so noisy. Parking is HORRIBLE. I always have to park multiple buildings away from my apartment, and cars are getting towed all the time. If you have a problem, don't try getting any sympathy from the office staff. They don't care. There are fleas in the grass everywhere and hornet nest in the playground. I've gotten my kids ready to swim several times before only to find the pool closed during regular hours. January 16, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comI haven't moved here yet so I can't give a complete review. The location is great and the noise level seemed low. The staff seemed a bit slow but I did go during Christmas time so they may have been wishing they were home.
