I been here over 2 years, haven't had to many unwelcoming experience. But all in all it's a comforting environment. So if anyone is looking for a neighborhood to call home come on over.

I had a wonderful experience here at Alvista Sterling Palms apartment they made me feel like a part of the family in the community Denise, the property manager was excellent. Very warm and inviting. Right now I’m happy to be resigning at Alvista Sterling Palms. The community is very quiet, at least where I am. The maintenance office does an amazing job when something is wrong. To be honest my only problem with living here is the fact we have to pay $25 for garbage to be picked up. I never have enough trash for them to take. I feel that paying for garbage pickup, should be an option, not mandatory.
