Alvista is a very peaceful and pleasant place to live. I’m located in the back, where there’s a patio overlooking the lake, and in the early mornings you can watch the birds and hear their gentle chirping.

Property well maintained. I love the location of the property. The stairs, stairwells and landings could use pressure washing. Overall I am satisfied with property. The property manager gives exceptional service and hospitality.

Right now I’m happy to be resigning at Alvista Sterling Palms. The community is very quiet, at least where I am. The maintenance office does an amazing job when something is wrong. To be honest my only problem with living here is the fact we have to pay $25 for garbage to be picked up. I never have enough trash for them to take. I feel that paying for garbage pickup, should be an option, not mandatory.

Moving from New York to Florida has been such a refreshing change. Alvista is a beautiful, peaceful community, and I love starting my mornings by looking out at the serene pond from my screened porch. My apartment feels like home, and my cats are so content here, especially watching the birds near the water. It’s truly a lovely environment.
