October 10, 2025Safe Haven I moved to NC from IL over 3 and a half years ago. I was on a vacation to Emerald Isle and loved it. Haven at Wildwood was one of the first places I looked at and I loved it. Now I have been for over 3 years, the reason is it's private and quiet. The property is well maintained and the service is quick and always addressed. Thi The last thing I love is the pool and fitness room. The pool is like a resort pool and is so clean. The only thing I don't like about this place is the ...very high rent and fees.. I've never heard of any place in my 60 years that has a $75 fee for being 5 days late after the first. I plan on staying here as long as I can until the rent keeps going up.Property Manager Responded
