June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The worst place I’ve ever lived at. I came in about 11 months ago. The first week was pretty good they helped me get signed up (just wanted there money) and everything moved quickly. I voiced some concerns when coming in such as my dishwasher not working etc. after about a month of not getting that fixed I sent in a work order which they said they fulfilled but never actually did anything since then I have put in another 5-10 work orders and nothing has changed. They blow it ...off like they couldn’t care less. My A/C has gone out a few times. They did fix it once but the same issue happened the week after and I put in a work order about a month ago and nothing has changed. Put simply as soon as they get your money they do not care about how you are in your apartment. Lastly, I go on a work trip this past week. My girlfriend drops me off at the airport and calls me crying the next day saying my truck got stolen. So I checked the maps on my app and it pulls up to a towing yard. My girlfriend is left without a vehicle while I’m 1000 miles away. I have been here 11 months I have stickers proving I’ve register my vehicle and I had to pay $215 to get my truck back from the towing company. Not how you should treat your renters who have rented with you for a year now. Also keep in mind they never answer the phones so my girlfriend had to go into the office to give them her phone so I could talk to them. Try to leave a message they will not call you back. Still waiting on a call back from 2 months ago. This place is a complete joke. All this to say find literally anywhere else to live this place does not care about the residents. You’d be better off literally anywhere but here. Can’t wait until my lease is up.Read More

December 8, 2025 - Review from Apartments.com?ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE - 5 Years of Neglect and Zero Resolution ?Rating: 1/5 Stars ?We have been residents at The Vincent for five years and have experienced countless complaints with virtually no resolution from management, spanning multiple property owners. It is a complete joke. ?When my husband recently posted about our issues, the management's only action was to respond to the post's responsiveness without addressing a single one of the substantive problems raised. This speaks volumes ...about their priorities. ?If you are considering moving here, be prepared for: ?Broken/Non-Functional Gates: Security is consistently compromised. ?Overfilled and Unsanitary Trash Cans/Areas: A persistent issue. ?Widespread Subletting: Unregulated activity among neighbors. ?Misused/Abused Amenities: The community spaces are not maintained or respected. ?Destructive Children: Unsupervised children are regularly destroying and stealing other residents' property. ?Save yourself the frustration, money, and stress. January 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comCurrent Resident I have had issues getting maintenance requests filled for things as essential as Black Mold, Incorrect Billing, Leaks, and as simple as broken microwaves, burnt out lights, and missing screens go unanswered for weeks. When I have reached back out to the property manager letting them know that this is unacceptable, they responded by making veiled threats and taking it as a personal attack. As of right now, stay as far away as you can. This is not a property that takes resident ...issues seriously. April 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWorst Management Team. I was basically forced out of my unit after the freeze which caused flooding to my apartment. I was lied to on the timeline and told I had to take a smaller unit or terminate my contract. I offered to keep paying rent until the changes were made to avoid a move but the manager said this was not an option b/c my unit would take too long to fix. Well that was a complete lie on her end as my exact unit is no available to rent by April 30th. I paid rent for both February and ...March but had not been able to live in the unit since Feb 16th. I have yet to receive my refund back and they will not answer emails or phone calls. This hasn't been the only issue. It all started the day I moved in, nothing was in the unit as was told to me but the manager said since I had nothing in writing they were no liable to provide what was promised to me. On top of walking into a disgusting smelling apartment that was not cleaned and had a bunch of paint issues and chewed up windowsills and corner molding. Here solution was to tell me I can break my lease after giving me attitude about all the issues. She was nothing but rude the entire flood situation and showed no compassion for basically kicking people out on the street. She lied her way through everything but refused to take any blame herself. When I turned in my keys she was rude and would not make a slight change to a key return letter so ripped it away from me and said don't sign it then and basically dismissed me from her office. I tried to get a copy of the letter but she supposedly shred it. Please save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this rude unprofessional management team. Love the floor plan and the extra details that make it feel more unique such as crown molding and rounded archways. One con-The dumpster gets filled up very easily and is an eye sore, but thankfully I dont live directly by it. Ive only had a few maintenance issues and they are usually pretty quick in fixing things and are very friendly. The pool area is very pretty and is a decent size.
