Terrible maintenance
October 3, 2024Get ready to run! They don’t fix nothing and wait until it gets completely worst! You can submit request all you want and nothing still gets done! The new tenants get all the bells and whistles, the tenants whom been there long term suffer! Overall the area is nice! Not even close to great
October 6, 2021I'm about to move out, I can't believe I stayed the entire year. Fire alarm inoperable, sparking circuit breaker, broken appliances and accessories, management is absolutely horrible, maintenance is a pleasure to deal with but they are just handymen. However I cannot wait to get out of here.very bad experience. It’s not even worth the price, poor management, they only about their money,so not worth of living here. Good value
July 25, 2015Village Townhomes is a fantastic value for the space. However my unit and several of my neighbors needed a LOT of maintenance, which didn't always come quickly. Also sometimes the neighborhood gets loud, during the day with kids and at night with parties, but it hasn't been enough to bother me except on holidays. And I've never seen a bug in my unit which is excellent.Review from Apartments.com
