The Maintenance barely know what they are doing and they take forever to get things done. The office staff are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The leasing office workers write work orders down on any scrap paper that is lying around. My kitchen ceiling had water damage from the 3rd floor apartment improper washing machine connection. The leasing office ordered for my ceiling to be painted to cover the brown water damage stains instead of actually fixing the problem. The stains came back plus my laundy room and 2nd bedroom has stains on the ceiling too. The paint is ...cracking where the water damage is and I'm afraid my ceiling will cave in at any moment.Read More

The residents are nice though. Staff isn't very organized or professional. Can be rude at times or lose track of paper work. Gates don't always work for security & water bill is high for no reason.
